Throughly enjoy the class with Becca on Tuesday. I have also participated in the hot yoga sessions on Friday and Saturday mornings. The instructors are very good and knowledgeable.

The facility was lean and inviting. It was set out in a way that made sense. The staff was extremely helpful and personable. The instructor was marvelous. She was knowledgeable and caring and attentive. She was helpful and showed me how to get the best out of my practice. I will definitely be returning and recommending Dragonfly.
