I live in stafford and every yoga studio has turned to hot yoga which I cannot do bc of medical conditions. I found the candlelight yin class and it was perfect! Very relaxing, safe area, beautiful studio.

It was my mom and I’s first yoga class ever. We didn’t feel out of place at all! The atmosphere was nice and our instructor Annie taught us with ease and patience. She walked around the room several times to check on students. I will definitely come again!
