The Dragonfly Yoga Studio is set up to provide a very enjoyable experience for yoga practices. There is everything you would ever need available from water to props to hair bands, etc. The studio is clean, comfortable and safe. All of instructors are caring, personable and excellent in their craft. Thorough guidance is provided during the classes. In addition, various workshops are offered that I have taken, which enhance my mind/body development.
