The instructor gave great instructions, one thing I look for is the importance an instructor places on proper form and she gave proper instructions without making it too drawn out or lengthy along with mods throughout the practice. I'd tried her free lessons over the summer so I knew I liked her style when I chose this class.

Great teachers, great environment and positive energy there. I love the classes especially HOT YOGA classes. Always have a great feeling after leaving there. It is like I am recharged after my yoga class. This place is my physical therapy and a MUST have to recharge my energy.
