This was my very first hot yoga class and I was skeptical that I would enjoy it because I don't like being hot/overheated. Since I see so many students come out of the class practically rejuvenated, I thought I'd give it a try. The temperature was bearable, Michelle was amazing and the practice was just what I needed!! I'm not a beginner at yoga but I would take this beginner class over and over, it felt so good.

Because as soon as I enter the studio my mindset shifts. And when I walk out at the end I am revived. I'm not sure how else to explain it.
