Suzanne provides the most explicit easy to follow instructions. She always provides alternative options for those who need less intensity and for those would would prefer greater intensity. She is always kind and welcoming. She adheres to the mechanics of yoga thus providing the utmost respect of peoples individual spirituality. ❤️
