The studio is beautifully designed, clean, and always smells like essential oils. The instructors are very friendly and form relationships with you. The classes are leveled according to your comfort zone and always offer modifications. The hot yoga community at Dragonfly is also wonderful. I have been taking hot yoga classes here for a year, regular yoga classes for 3.
