Dragonfly is a great studio. And the RWB Warrior Yoga was executed perfectly by Becca. It was nice that I didn't have to bring my own blocks or straps for the class. The difficulty level was perfect for me as I work to improve my flexibility after year of abuse on my body. It's nice to find a good studio like Dragonfly after not doing yoga consistently for almost 13 years.

An amazing practice as always!! Very peaceful, and the instructor was a wonderful guide. Only issue was the floor above us was very loud which sometimes took me out of my space, but I know the locational issues are not the studio's fault.

Instructor was amazing and so helpful, studio so clean, I love that I didn't need to rent a mat. It was my first time doing yoga and Dragonfly is going to be the reason why I continue!
