Although it wasn't possible to have the procedure I was given great feedback & direction on how to have the the mark removed. I was also concerned about some age spots & I'm happy that those can be dealt with. Dalyce is very Professional, knowledgeable & has a way of putting you at ease. I'm sure some of the questions I've asked she's answered a million times but I didn't feel awkward or hesitant in asking them.... Great Experience!
