Tattoo removal can be fairly embarrassing and leave someone feeling a little exposed. The staff was clean, and professional yet somehow made things personal so as to feel like you were chatting with a friend removing the "client" feeling. There was also lots of the little things that can't be faked to show you care about the health and care for the process.
