Cara was amazing as usual For some reason I had the app in my phone for 1300 and it was at 1230. I arrived at 1245ish. I apologize to the reception she was rude about it. Said she would ask Cara if she could still accommodate me. When Cara saw me sitting there she made it work. I observed the receptionist not even letting Cara know I was there.
