The class was a great experience for me. I was nervous going to an all levels class because I am more of a beginner/level 1 and Jovon’s class was a perfect blend of gentle and difficult (I loved the term “gentle sweat”). Thank you for being so accommodating and always offering modifications for those of us who are still developing their practice.
