Love the events and classes. Wish the monthly membership was a little more affordable.
The street noises as well as the restaurant noises next door made it a little hard to concentrate on my meditation. However, I was still able to bring my attention back to the present moment whenever my mind wandered off and still enjoyed a lovely full moon meditation.
Overall, I love that Downey Yoga has made space to allow us yogis to come back safely during this time!
It's beautiful and organized and clean and well prepared.
Wonderful meditation. I wish the teacher (Annie?) was a bit louder to accommodate the outdoor setting, but the noise is completely out of the Studio’s control!
It would be interesting to see a meditation hosted later in the evening under a full moon.
