It was my first time doing Yoga definitely out of my comfort zone and I really enjoyed it...
Loved the energy of the studio! Both spacey and welcoming. Jared's class reminded me of a power yoga class I take and Javons class was everything and more than my body and hips needed! I was able to stretch and meditate comfortably.
I usually practice at Alo Yoga at The Grove, this was my first time at Downey Yoga. I didn't know what to expect. And I actually really enjoyed the hot yoga class.
I felt welcomed and jovon was an amazing instructor.
