After my first visit to Downey Yoga, I felt completely relaxed. I went home and told my friend all about it. She will be definitely be joining me next time.
I love the flow of the class, the music, the space, the energy. I'm just waiting for taking the next class. I also like the wellcoming and the good vibe.
