It was our first time (daughter and I) so we were not familiar with terminology. We also should've watched the YouTube on our tv instead of the phone(lol) bc we were trying to see what the gal was doing and at times it was really hard for us. So hopefully after several beginners classes we will get better at it. Over all the class was at a good pace, the gentleman's voice was calm and coachable. Thank you for the class!
1st class with Carlos. He was friendly and gave clear instructions. I can’t imagine teaching to a camera! Thank you Carlos and crew😎
Carlos led a great session! So soothing for these times.
Even though it was virtual, I felt like Carlos was truly in the same room. He offered so many options for props and great cues to get us in the pose.
It was a great class to do from home 😃
Jovon was really mindful of this. She mentioned that props could be used but also showed how to do all poses without them since not everyone has these available
I love this studio. I just hope we can return to it soin
