It was my first time at the studio - everyone was very welcoming and helped me get squared away. I did seem to sweat a lot more than most people, and I'm grateful Mackin brought me some extra towels after class so I could try to contain the flood. I was very challenged by the class, especially the level of humidity, which made it difficult for me to complete a lot of the sequence. Still, I felt amazing after and would recommend this class without reservation. I will be back!

Practicing at DownDog is like coming home. I always feel welcome when I enter the studio and I always make time for practice here when I am back in DC. Brian was a wonderful instructor today.
