Please install a couple bike rings outside the studio. The classes are extremely repetitive. I would prefer a little more variety in the sequence from class-to-class. I prefer Down Dog to other yoga studios because it is more physically challenging and athletic. The heat adds some cardio and creates a little more space for flexibility, but I'd be just as happy with a yoga sequence at a lower temperature that offered the same flexibility challenge, balance challenge, and muscle burn. I also object to the heated studio from a carbon footprint perspective. I'm guessing you use a natural gas heater and the room doesn't look very well insulated, so I'm guessing your classes have a relatively high carbon footprint compared to other studios. I'd encourage you to at least investigate energy efficiency opportunities like better insulation of the studio, because those investments would reduce your carbon footprint AND your studio's energy bill.
