I find the yin yoga classes exceptional!!!! Charman and Cristina are amazing teachers! Their calming voice, the soft and beautiful music, the welcoming atmosphere of the studio and the relaxing moves are amazing! ( I also like the tiny green lights on Thursdays) Thank you!

I love this studio!! By far the best practice I've ever done, for either hot yoga, vinyasa, or whatever. I make all my friends come with me when they're visiting from out of town. You guys are a wonderful studio with great coaches and every class is a pleasure!
