It was my first time attending hot yoga. The instructor was excellent, the environment was positive. I just loved everything about it. I also attended the meditation and relaxation with Christina last night from 7:30-8:30. It was so good. I stretched my body and Waze I never thought I could. She was also wonderful. She came around periodically to help place the blocks, and sometimes massage my shoulders. She also did some thing with my friends feet. She was lovely. And the music she played was great.
