This is a great studio! Very clean and lovely place. Every class has been rewarding and challenging. Kata is such an amazing teacher, I look forward to herworkouts!

I’m new, very much out of shape and not at all flexible. The instructors are very encouraging and always take the time to show modifications to whatever movements we are doing. And at the end of class we’re given cool citrus towels to relax and wind down with. Oh, and the fact that the place is very clean and doesn’t stink is another great plus!

Kata is a great instructor. From the first time i visited Doma she has been amazing in all aspects. I felt welcomed. I never felt like i didn't belong or that i was out of place or overwhelmed. She pays attention and recognizes when assistance or alternate positioning is needed.
