All our classes are heated to 90 degrees, humidified and are available for all practice levels. For each class we offer exercise variations tailored to your abilities and limitations.

Power Yoga Vinyasa class blends dynamic posture drills, core work, and steady flow to leave you feeling strong, energized, and maybe even a little sweaty (in the best way). Been with Doma Studio since July 2019. The passion behind Kata and her love for this practice is contagious. When you show up consistently, the results are life changing, mentally and physically.
