Was a little hard as was my first time ever doing hot yoga second time going yoga. I was greeted at the door very sweet, offered what was needed, instructor was great nice personality, definitely knows what he's doing and inspirational. Love the location and set up of the room. I'll be back looking up the yoga schedule now!!

Kata was a very energetic teacher and did an amazing job giving pointers/muscle focus points through out the class. I also looooved the citrus cold towel at the end. So refreshing! I only wished there was a little more space in the studio to spread out. It was a very full class.
