Doma has taught me so much about yoga practice!

I have attended two classes. It is my first time taking these classes and I do not know most of the poses. Both instructors have been very encouraging to push harder. They have been excellent in providing instructions and when to modify the exercise for my level. They also made me feel welcomed.
