• -Warm and friendly reception upon arrival -Friendly associate - Nikki -Professional yet warm -Willingly and knowledgeably answered my questions -I felt very comfortable for a first time visit -offered wine and water ☺️ -REALLY liked the fact that the fan is used as a method of cooking the wax as oooosed to blowing on it which is what I have been accustomed to 👍🏽 -overall a very very pleasant experience
