• First time I went, I had one esthetician try to do my bikin wax and it was such a horrible experience I could not let her finish. But then Shirley offered some numbing cream and to try again with her 30 mins later. You guys! I'm glad she came to my rescue. I would have not known how awesome it is to get the lady parts waxed! You won't ever go back to shaving!

• Customer service from arrival, service, to leaving was great!! Everyone was friendly and had a smile!! Also the compliment wine was a bonus!! The wax used didn't break me out. My technician made me feel comfortable and made sure I was throughout the process!! Facility was clean and covid safely was in place. Plus I wasn't waiting, which was great.
