Angel is an inspiring instructor and gives details all during the class regarding alignment but what I love most about her is her energy and passion she brings to every class! She helps keep me going during a 90 minute class when I'm exhausted.😀👏

I've been to several classes here and each instructor is better than the last one. Very friendly and helpful staff, great studio space with padded floor and full mirrored wall. I love the music and lighting too! Great Hot Yoga experience. Thank you, thank you!
