We traveled to Destin to do the Virtual Marine Corps 50k because there’s a nice, mostly level trail on 30A. We did the race 2 days before. Needless to say, 31 miles takes a toll on the body. Hot yoga was just what we needed to augment to recovery process. We dropped in and everyone was super helpful. The class was terrific. The instructor was a bit soft spoken, but terrific. We will return again next year!
