First time hot yoga for me. Angel the instructor greeted me as soon as I walked in. I felt very welcomed. I loved the ambiance, lighting, and felt very relaxed. Angel did a great job at explaining and demonstrating stretches. Her voice is super relaxing. Loved the hotel towel and lavender at end!
