Tina is the most knowledgeable- the absolute BEST - Yin instructor that I've ever had the pleasure to practice with. Her knowledge of various body types and her ability to modify the shapes to suit all present allows all levels of yogis to participate and achieve results. Tina truly cares for each person in the class and is wonderful at walking throughout the class and assisting individuals with various props to help them achieve the most from each shape. I'm from "out of country " and as soon as I arrive here I'm checking the Destin Hot Yoga schedule to find out when Tina's teaching yin. If you haven't tried this type of practice, don't shy away from it; Tina will be there to help your body and mind!
