• Lillian challenged me. The music was too loud for my taste (granted my mat was right next to the speaker) - and the room was dark. Both things I didn't like Which is perfect. that's why I do this. To get out of my comfort zone. Near the end I was fighting the urge to walk out because I was having to focus on my breathing in a much more concerted effort and it was getting tough (aww poor baby got a wittle too hot? I said to myself) I just kept reminding myself how often in life I've stopped right before the payoff and always regretted it. 10/10 excellent class I'll be back hoping the music is louder and the string lights are off.

• Upon arrival, friendly and helpful staff with clear instruction on navigating the studio spaces. Excellent instruction. Very clean and hot temperatures when expected for hot yoga.
