Yoga was amazing yesterday. I was really impressed with Megan’s teaching—her instructions were clear, motivating, and easy to follow. Her voice was calm and soothing, which made it easy to stay focused and present. The class was definitely challenging, but in the best way. I left feeling strong, relaxed, and recharged. Highly recommend her class!
