I enjoy yoga sculpt with weights back home at Core Power Yoga. Yesterday's class without weights was by far the best sculpt I have ever taken. Additionally, it was 75 min as well!

I really enjoyed the class but as a beginner a 90 minute class was a bit long. I would love to see slightly shorter all levels class for people looking to start out.
