Jill was super kind and accommodated each student and skill level. She encouraged a judgement free zone where all modifications and personal preferences were welcome and she offered a lot of options and guidance for each pose. Her mantras and instruction were grounding and there was lots of intentional time for meditation and reflection. The space was very comfortable and inviting.
