I have never done yoga so I didn't know to expect at first. But when the sessions started and the calmness in Courtney's voice plus her way of explaining everything made me fall in love with yoga and now I want to do it more often.

It was a lovely evening. If i wasnt sitting nesr the door w dogs barking, cars driving by, it wouldve been a 10. Annettes voicw and insturments were unreal.
