I like the system of working in a small group. There is enough attention on me, so I feel safe, plus there is the social aspect, which feels nice. I also like my coach a lot: she makes sure that I get the exercise I personally need, regardless of what level my group is at. Also, she is kind, fun, approachable, and looks super good, which is a great motivation :)
