Denman Athletics is a top-notch gym! David is THE BEST PT I’ve ever had. He takes the time to listen, and alters anything needed to help achieve the best results. I’ve had a few surgeries and precious injuries, and was hesitant to use a trainer as they can be super hardcore; but David has been incredibly helpful and I absolutely love our sessions and feel stronger each time.
