• Heather is an incredible trainer, she takes the time to thoroughly demonstrate each exercise. She also gives positive encouragement while working out! I really enjoy her classes and look forward to meeting the rest of the trainers and doing classes with them as well. The environment is so positive and I am so happy to have give this gym a chance. I'm hooked.
