• I like the instructor and the workout was not too hard for me. Since I am a beginner I needed the instruction how to use the equipment etc she did all of that and I didn't feel out of place.

• This is the first gym I've ever gone to consistently. It's a combination of the cold towels lol, women only and 30 minute workouts. I'm not a big fitness girly but see the benefit of exercise so the 30 minutes really helps
