• I took the breathworks workshop with Mackensey Smith and I feel my life changed! I was a different person when I walked out of the studio then when I walked in! I love the whole feel of Delta Groove and can't wait to come back and try Kundalini Yoga! Mackensey said the two owners are absolutely incredible! And the cool guy at the front desk was awesome as well as the girl with her sister and her rainbows in her hair! So sorry can't remember names! Love love love love this place! A healing sanctuary in Memphis, TN! Blessings to you all! 🙏🏻
