• This is a the coolest Yoga Studio in the world! Many yoga styles, every teacher is excellently trained and kind. My favorite is Kundalini Yoga, amazingly empowering, fun, and energizing. They have Kundalini classes everyday, and even a highly rated international Training for anyone looking to dive deep. Check out this hidden Memphis gem!
