My husband and I were running a couple of minutes late to our appointment (parking issues) and when we arrived we were greeted with a smile at the front desk and then we were brought to the locker room area and then our massage therapists greeted us shortly after. We selected the couples 60 minute Swedish massage and it was so relaxing after having a couple of stressful weeks at work. After our massage we were brought to the waiting area and were provided with refreshments, champagne, and light snacks. It was our first time visiting this location - we will certainly be back in the future!

It's not just that everything and everyone was first class but the culture is obviously to go way above and beyond to make your guests happy. I will seek opportunities to be in this area just so that I can return to your hotel.

Spa is beautiful , staff was very friendly and helpful and treatment was very relaxing and skin looked refreshed. Loved the products.. Definitely will go back.

It was very relaxing. The massage was superb!!! I have to say, being able to sit and relax (with no pressure to leave) after the massage with tea and snacks, was just PRICELESS!! The all around experience was first rate and I cannot wait to go back. Every staff person from the Valet to the last person we spoke with was professional, courteous and very personable. Thank you for a great experience.
