What a perfect hotel in the heart of downtown West Hartford. We chose to stay here for my daughter's bridal shower and it was the right choice. Everyone was so friendly and helpful - including check-in, valet, cleaning service and Artisan Restaurant staff. They all wanted to ensure your stay was personalized and enjoyable. A special kudos to the Pet Program - my granddog was well pampered by the amenities and all of the caring staff who, first ask if they can, give lots of love and make pet guests as important as the human guests. As a person who is not crazy about pet programs (I'm highly allergic) the pet rooms are dedicated to the 3rd floor and SO clean that my allergies were not bothered at all. Great job all around - so glad we picked this hotel for our special celebration. We'll be back!
