• 2 reasons, Ashleigh and the kind woman who checked me in. I'd never been to a Spa or had a massage. They both made me feel comfortable. The woman that checked me out was not so nice. She seemed put out when I first came in. No smile. Just "go to the other desk." When I checked out she again was very short with me. I'm not a spa person and am like a fish out of water. Please be kind and welcoming. Again Ashleigh and the nice young woman that checked me in were so sweet and made me feel comfortable. Loved my first ever therapeutic massage and I will be back.
