• Everything was great from the very beginning. I actually called in originally and was given a lot of helpful options over the weekend but since there were no openings and I didn't know my work schedule I said I'd try to schedule something online. After checking my schedule and then viewing the website to see how easy it would be to set things up... i was able to set up my account online and confirm my appointment very easily. I loved the text messages that I got confirming my appointment as well as the phone call because you never know if there's going to be a discrepancy between text message confirmation and otherwise... I also loved that there is links to fill out the rest of the profile so that when I got there I could let them know that everything's already on file and I can go straight back. When I did get there, I let them know all my info was on file and they didn't push to make me redo it like a lot of other places which was AMAZING. Then, There was almost no wait at all and I was taken back immediately and the person at the front who is super friendly ask if I'd like a mimosa or a drink (and recommended the holiday cinnamon). It was amazing and I appreciated her friendliness and enthusiasm. Then by the time she got back with my drink my massage person was ready to go. So super timely!! Massage was great and then when everything was done the person at the front was super helpful picking things out in the gift shop for me and also running me through all of the different options if I were to become a member. • While my appt had to be rescheduled numerous times, they were always nice and professional. The esthetician,, Haley, was knowledgeable and sweet. My face did look term times better afterwards like she said. Lol
