• I loved the care I received from the staff from the time I got there especially from Lauren who was providing my service. But..... I would say that the experience was rougher than 8 weeks ago, which was my first time. The wax was changed since my last visit and hope they change it back. The wax was taking longer to harden and the position was uncomfortable and the experience took longer and was harder to remove from my skin. I think the change to that orange wax is hard on the client. I would prefer to pay a little more and have the blue wax product. This is only my second time and it was rough. I will ask next time if the wax has changed back.
