• I am a member and was caught off guard that the cost of the service that I have gotten for more than a year was no longer covered in full and I had to pay a few dollars out of pocket. I have only had to cover the tip out of pocket previously. I didn't recall receiving a notice sharing that the costs of services was increasing. The manager, although nice wasn't able to clearly explain as she is new and I believe I must have been the first person to ask about paying a difference. As a result I have downgraded my service (from deep tissue to Swedish) so that is fully covered by the membership ....with money leftover that I will accumulate and find a way to use. That was not why I got the membership and not how I intended to use it. If I am not correct please feel free to share with me what happened in this situation. Thank you.
