• Because 100 was not available! If you hired competent employees, you should already know they can do their jobs. You don't need to be so insecure about their level of competence. These types of surveys are unnecessary and it says more about the management team unable to understand their employees attitudes, and talents. Pay your workers a living wage, treat them with respect, see them flourishing and help you grow your business. If I spend money at your business, stop taking from my precious time. Thanks!

• Because I really enjoy my massage. The massage therapy was so very nice and gentle her pressure was just like I like it not too deep. I told her that I didn't like deep pressure and that was all I had to say it was perfect during the entire massage.
