• I felt like the waiting room got super crowded for a space that was supposed to be relaxing--and there were other waiting areas that stood empty while everyone was crowded into one spot. Also the state of the larger stall in the ladies room was ghastly, broken door hook, broken door knob/lock (the room doesn't lock), broken toilet handle, and some other things that really was antithesis to the careful attention to detail that I observed throughout the rest of the facility. Why something like the ladies room would be so neglected is stupefying. Also the large cubicle in the ladies room could use a curio as this area is the obvious pick for a woman who wants to privately change into her robe. I'm actually flabbergasted that the ladies room would be the unwelcoming, unaccommodating, "we'd rather not have you here" area of this facility.
