Charla is awesome! I don't know how she can muster so much energy that early in the morning! She mixes into the class spiritual intention and mindfulness...she challenges you to do your best without judgement. Being a musician, the music selection is important to me. Her playlists are diverse and motivating. It's no wonder why her business is thriving and expanding!
