Both staff and other clients were extremely friendly on my first visit. My taster session was very informative and good fun. Loved it and will definitely become a regular !!
Denise was superb, she took the time to explain the reformer principles and made me feel at ease. She also listened to my medical issues and adjusted the exercises accordingly.
